Minister of Local Government and Housing, Zambia, opened ICLD workshop.
The regional workshop in the International Training Programme ”Towards Sustainable Development and Local Democracy through the SymbioCity Approach” is now taking place in Lusaka, Zambia. The workshop was opened by the Minister of Local Government and Housing, Honorable Professor Nkando Luo, the Mayor of Lusaka; His Worship Daniel Chisenga and the Executive Secretary of the Local Government Association of Zambia, Mr. Morris Mbolela. 35 workshop participants are gathered for 4 days to review the initiated change processes in the selected cities in the five participating countries; Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe
