Project funds are paid out after the submission of interim or final project reports. The final report must also include a financial report. It is important that the budget items comply with the budget that you received as an attachment to the approval decision. The deadline for reporting is indicated in the decision document despatched in connection with approval of the pilot study, the project, or management and coordination arrangements.

Reallocations in project budgets may be implemented for an amount not exceeding SEK 20,000 per year, but no reallocations may be made between work performed and overhead costs.
